Ovulation strip analyzer broken?

What is going on with this? I can’t get it to accurately record my strips.  This is what it chose for my test today:

I've had the same problem. I usually keep retaking the pic till it registers better. You can manually put it in and move the line yourself. Idk. I think their strip analyzer kind of sucks😏
