Clomid? Does it work?

Quick question, this was my last cycle before starting clomid and guess what a day late but af showed up today...so I was just wondering when I start mu clomid next cycle how many people had been successful on it? And is there any side effects? Thanks ladies, baby dust to u all xo

I just did my first cycle of clomid on cd 5-9 and had only some headaches and mild hot flashes. I did get a progesterone level 6-8 days after ovulation that showed I ovulated. Still waiting for AF....good luck!

My 1.5yr old daughter is a product of clomid. 2 rounds of 100mg and I knew I was pregnant the second cycle of clomid. I could literally feel it before I ever had a positive test lol. There is hope ladies! Baby dust!

Hi this doesn't answer your question but I am in the same boat as you and didn't know if you wanted to be clomid buddies! Me and my husband are TTC #1 and always have neg opk and I have pcos and we start clomid 50mg next cycle. I'm expecting af anytime in the next week and then I start clomid on day 3 of my cycle. Are you starting day 3 or day 5? Are you going in for follicle monitoring and if so what days?

They recommend taking for day 3-7 usually. Your doc should have specified though. Good luck. Baby dust. Eat lots of protein and frequently to help even the moodswings

Welllllll I finished my third round of clomid last month and now waiting for aunt flow (praying I do not see it) however I had hot flashes and I know it sounds weird but maybe hormones to intense bc I felt like I could not control myself crying at the silliest commercials them yelling it was quite the experience. Then last month did a sa and found out the my honey has low motility soooo my ob wanted us to go to infertility spec and do am iui however I am not quite ready for that just yet. We have been Ttc for about 2 1/2 yrs however my honey just quit smoking and so I just want to wait to see and maybe go to spec next year if nothing but other than that clomid can drive you crazy but no baby....yet !!!
