My appointment is coming up on the 14th and I don’t know what I should ask my doctor to do I really want my next baby to stick so how will I go about this ?

I went on coq10, Dha and d3 to help improve my egg quality. If you don’t know the reason for your mc (chromosomal or hormonal are the main two) it won’t hurt you to try.

Same here! I take clomid as I have pcos and don’t ovulate regularly. Was thinking of asking for progesterone, there must be something that helps for a sticky baby 🌈👶🏻xx
