Can someone help me understand 😭😭

I'm ttc I was on birth control (depo) for the first time in may I only got one shot it was supposed to last till Aug. I haven't gotten another shot. However I was bleeding from May to dec. Stopped bleeding had a period on the 25 of January my usual 5 days went off now no period in February I was supposed to come on the 22 no period I'm 9 days late I went to the doctor when I was 2 days late they said it was negative no blood work tho🤷🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️ what y'all think 🤔🤔🤔
