Don’t feel pregnant

I’m 5 weeks & 4 days pregnant..

I know the baby is okay, as I went to the hospital Friday night due to some spotting & come to find out that I have a UTI & that’s what caused me to have alittle bit of spotting.. anyways, I do have a few pregnancy symptoms.. like sore nipples, back pain, & feeling nauseous here & there.. & I do have light cramping once in a while.. but most days I don’t feel pregnant.. does anyone else feel this way?
