Did you confirm ovulation? Most likely you aren’t even pregnant yet. Typically implantation happens around 9 or 10DPO, but most pregnancy symptoms don’t surface until well after a positive pregnancy test, especially nausea. My last pregnancy I started having symptoms at 6DPO. Nausea, headaches, exhaustion, weird tasting food, and low back pain. People say it’s way too early to feel anything, but I am proof that it’s not!! Uncommon, yes. But definitely possible! I got a bfp around 11 DPO.

If ovulation happened a couple of days sooner than what the app claims its possible but uncommon. Implantation happens anytime between 6dpo-12 dpo. I had nausea for a full week before my positive test and it didn't go away until I was 10 weeks.
