Teething
My son is 4.5 months old and last week we felt his first tooth! Did anyone notice if their baby seems to sleep more when teething? He'll get up from a 40 minute nap, feed and then within an hour get tired again and go back down. Usually it's 1.5-2 hours. He's also been standing on his feet (while supported) and trying to crawl so I don't know if it's just more energy he's using up.
