Am I Pregnant?

So almost four weeks ago me and my boyfriend had sex and my parents found out. Well I haven’t been feeling well, yes I have had some signs of pregnancy but not a lot I don’t think. My mom is flipping out she’s like are you sure y’all used protection, and I said yes not thinking and we didn’t🤷‍♀️. I don’t know what to do cause now I’m having a lot of signs!!! I need advice I’m 13 and he’s 14 , and yes I know that we are very young and I regret it but it wasn’t forced upon me. I just need someone understanding to give me advice.
