Ok I need some help

So I have this guy friend and we have know each other for a while but just recently have started to spend more time together

One weekend we spent 8 hrs FaceTiming and playing truth or dare

I asked him if he had a crush and he said yes and that it was one of my friends

So fast forward a couple of questions and I said I’ve never had a bf or even kissed anyone he said he needs to find someone for me

Later I ask who his perfect girl is and he basically described me and I asked him what my best quality was he said my eyes because they are so pretty and he gets lost in them

Then we rated each other and he gave me a 9.9 but said he would give me a ten but he has a crush on my friends still

Soon I sent him an embarrassing pic of me and he made it him background for 6 months

He now is always trying to hang with me and ya

Do you think this guy has a crush on me and is covering it up by saying his crush is my friend or naw
