Ladies with Asthma-Has this ever happened to you?

I was diagnosed with Asthma at 18 and I’m 22 now so it’s still new to me. I recently started noticing that when I’m sleeping and wake up due to a cough or sneeze, I instantly get this rush of pain in my head and it’s hard to describe other than flames in my brain! I feel like my whole head is on fire. I know it’s an asthma attack cause my chest feels tight and my chest burns but I use my inhaler and the head pain gets SOO much worse! All I can do is lay down, cry my eyes out and sit in front of my fan. I sit there crying for about 10-15 min just in excruciating pain and then all a sudden it’s gone!

This only happens at night or when I’m waking up from a nap. Whenever I’m sleeping and wake up cause a sneeze or cough. Have you ever heard of this or had this happened to you? My online searching are scaring me!!! 😬😢😭 pls help
