please help

so i’ve been on the birth control pill for 2 months. the first month pack there were 2 sugar pills and 2 period pills. i only spotted. my next pack had full month of birth control pills and a whole week of period pills. just took my first period pill last night and haven’t started. should i be worried that i could be pregnant or is this normal for women to experience when on birth control pills??
