Has having a flat chest effected breastfeeding at all for you?

I’m curious having a flat chest/ very small breasts if it has effected anyone during breastfeeding.
Did you have to feed/pump more often?
Did you not produce as much?
How large did your breasts get with pregnancy?

I had As before I got pregnant. During pregnancy, they got to a B. During breastfeeding, they went to a C. I breastfed one child and am breastfeeding another. I've never had any issues producing. My second had a shallow latch in the beginning, but it corrected itself once his mouth was a little bigger.

Don't worry. How much fatty tissue happens to make up your breasts, doesn't affect milk supply. Someone with naturally large breasts can have a low supply regardless of efforts made to increase; same as someone with naturally small breasts can have a high supply. There is only so much you can do. Some people have factors making it difficult or impossible to breastfeed, but you won't know by breast size so don't stress it.

I do not have big boobs but they got big while pregnant and when breastfed. And I'm on baby number 3 with breastfeeding. Of course they shrivel back down after I stop.

So my mother was a double a before breastfeeding and a b when breastfeeding. She breastfed both me and my sister successfully and never had and issue with supply.

I was barely an A before I was pregnant, went up during pregnancy and now I'm a D or so I honestly don't know because I don't wear bras😂
But I actually have had an oversupply from the start. Boob size doesn't matter when it comes to supply.

I was a B before pregnancy, a slightly larger B while pregnant, then a D while breastfeeding, and almost non existent afterwards (I dropped too much weight) Theoretically breast size does not effect milk storage capacity or production, I was a “just enougher” so I had to pump/feed more frequently or my supply would drop. The only thing that was annoying is that certain positions would not work for feeding him (side lying) but I guess you get that with large breasts too. But it was pretty easy to feed him in public since they are small (and easy to hide lol) and I didn’t have to hold my boobs to feed him 👍👍

Makes absolutely no difference - I was an A cup before pregnancy, during pregnancy and after delivery. My boobs were a bit swollen when my milk came in but never really noticeably bigger.
I’ve been breastfeeding my daughter for six months so far.
Large breasts store more fat, not necessarily more milk glands.
It had actually made feeding easier for me as I can be more discreet

Doesn’t effect it at all. I am not even an a. Mine did not grow at all while pregnant either time. They don’t get a whole lot bigger while I feed either except when I’m engorged. First time I breast fed twins til almost 2 yrs. I had a few issues keeping up supply wise from wks 3-6 because they didn’t know how to latch yet. They were premie and I had to pump. But as soon as they learned how to latch no issues at all. And this time I’m only nursing one baby and the dr is impressed everytime I tell him he is a breastfed baby he is super chunky.

Mine didn’t grow at all. I’ve always been flat. My daughter latched great, but I never had enough milk. I never even got engorged. I tried everything in the book to produce more. I would pump all day and only get 5oz total. I got told I had IGT and would never have enough milk. I also have thyroid issues and pcos.
