Hi everyone, I'm hoping that someone else has been through this before and can help me out. I am supposed to be 7 weeks today after a FET in Jan. The dr did a TV ultrasound today and saw nothing. Absolutely nothing, no gestational sac, no yolk sac, no fetal pole, no embryo, nothing. She said it's a miscarriage but I haven't had any bleeding or spotting or pain. She checked to see if ectopic and it's not. I'm going back next week for another scan. Do I have any hope left or is the dr for sure right?

Update: The 2nd scan confirmed 1st scan. I had a miscarriage later that week.
