Has your baby fell and hit his head yet?

My baby keeps falling all the time and has hit his head multiple times. Is this bad parenting or just something that’s always going to happen?

Answer

As long as your watching your child and he’s not falling off the couch and bed all the time. If he’s learning to walk and stand and falls from that then it’s just normal and gonna happen all the time. Your not a bad parent unless you not paying attention to him, letting him get into dangerous situations and he’s getting hurt.

At one point when my son first learned to pull up he fell prob 20 times a day.    I'm pretty sure he took 20 years off my life falling.

My first never really fell. She was a very still baby. My second seems like she has a death wish. She’s fallen off of the couch twice. Things just happen. One time I was holding her and she somehow still flung herself out of my arms while I was sitting in a chair. Do your best and don’t beat yourself up unless you’re being negligent.

It's something that is just going to happen. My oldest was klutz. From 1 until 2 she seriously almost always had a bruise on her forehead. She fell so much and always hit around the same area.
