Is cramping in early pregnancy normal?

I keep getting these like pulling/ cramps but there hasn't been any blood just spotting here and there, should I be concerned? I'm 6 weeks and 5 days along.

Almost 32 weeks.. I’ve cramped ever since I was 4 weeks. 
It’s normal! As long as it isn’t severe or you’re spotting 😊
