Postpartum items?!?

So I have adult diapers and pads and some Witchhazel pads? What else will I need any good recommendations for peribottle where to find one or the dermaplast stuff Pinterest gave me some ideas but most of this stuff I’m not sure where to buy or if there’s better options?!?

Has your OBgyn if she requests  half of those things for you. I found  out recently that  my OB  requested  a specific cleanser, dermablast(they sell at cvs in the anti itch  section)  they also gave me tucks . I got depends silhouette.   As far as the bottle,  i prefer a shower head with an attachment,  the warm water helps.

I got tucks pads with witch hazel, large pads, large throw away underwear, epson salt & witch hazel for sitz baths (it helps immensely if you have to have stitches and hemorrhoids), numbing spray, stool softener, and nipple cream. I made “padsicles” which is pads with aloe Vera and witch hazel frozen. You can also buy the perineal ice packs. My hospital provides the peri bottle but that is another thing You’ll want.

I bought the adult diapers too for post care. With my first. I just needed the witch hazel and say hospital sent. Had big pass and washable hospital underwear. It was really the best for me.

Normally the hospital will give all the things you need to keep the clean down there and cooling pads after a natural birth! But I do recommend the adult diapers!!! Soooo much better than the ones the hospital gives.
