Need advice HELP
I had my twin boys on 2/28/19 and i was originally having trouble producing anything at all...yesterday after we got home i took a hot shower & noticed knots in my breast but still no milk wen i pump but today i pumped & got a couple ounces of colostrum but nothing much after that although i have been pumping consistently...now i have more knots & sore nipples but no supply...any suggestions??
