Feet picking
I have picked at my skin as long as I can remember, I used to take needles from my moms sewing kit and and dig at my hands and feet now I don't do that but I dig at my feet all the time, I rip off huge chunks of skin at a time until it bleeds, I have slowed down a lot by just being to busy and I try to wear socks and shoes to keep myself distracted from it :-/
