Is this a cockroach bite?

Yesterday morning I woke up with 2 red rash and then I accidentally put an expired vaporub (vicks) now it looks like this 
please help how to get rid of this :( it’s very itchy

I get huge bumps from fleas, and maybe the vicks aggravated it.

They most certainly DO bite. But this doesn't look like one to me. They look more like a large flea/mosquito bite hybrid.

Yes, cockroaches bite, but they mostly look like mosquito bites. Not sure what that is
