Potty trained?

I started potty training 2 weeks ago.  My boy is 2yo (almost 27 months for best reference). 
He has been doing pretty well with this potty training thing. Starting about 3-4 days ago he started telling me when he has to go. I was just telling me immediately after an accident. So I'll run to the potty with him,  help him with his underwear and he sits down and does his business. He'll pee and smile at me. When he is done he gets up and yells "all done!" And puts he puts his underwear back on. He's also  been  saying "mommy go potty" when he has to go #2 and has been going#2 successful the last few days. 
I'm not sure when I can consider him potty trained? Literally the only thing I help him with is pulling his undies off, sometimes he has issues pulling them back up over his big booty lol. I wipe him and help him with soap. He holds it in until he gets to a potty as long as it's not too long a hold. He hasn't  had any accidents today. Yesterday was because we were too slow on getting him to the potty and the last few days after that it was only a few drops he and there followed by peeing in the potty. He has been doing AMAZING imo.

Generally he can be considered potty trained if it’s consistent for a few weeks.

Potty trained is going to the bathroom completely on your own when you have to go. There's no asking or telling someone. They just do it. We potty trained our daughter for daytime last month. She was 20 months at the time. She's now 21 months and is almost fully potty trained for bedtime. If she has to go, she walks off to the bathroom and goes. She doesn't need my help in any way. She has a stepstool for the sink as well and sometimes needs help reaching the soap, but that's about it. As someone else mentioned, she also doesn't have to be bribed or reminded in any way either. She just does it.

Lots of kids need prompts to use the potty for some time. It sounds like he doesn’t really need them!
If you can go out and do things and he’ll still use the potty/he’s using it consistently at home, I’d consider him potty trained. Even if you have to prompt sometimes.

When he goes without being reminded or doesn’t need to be bribed (potty chart, candy, toys, etc) for a couple of weeks and few accidents. some accidents happen but if you’re home and he’s playing and doesn’t go potty or tell you he has to go then has an accident, that’s an accident to me that signifies he’s not potty trained.

I considered mine fully trained when he went a full week without an incident. And forgot about his potty chart. When it was just natural and the norm for him.
