Do you think I’m ovulated?
I’m very frustrated. I recently decided to quit fertility treatments to try to get my cycle balanced on my own naturally. I have posted my first natural cycle below and am unsure if I’m even ovulating at all. My temp shift it so small and my post ovulation temps are low. Any experiences with minimal temp shifts?
