Pain after Egg Retrieval??

Question

I am 3 days post retrieval and the abdominal bloating and pressure are horrible!! It seems to be worse at night; maybe because I use the heating pad all day. The nurse told me yesterday this is expected and if I gain weight to come in for an ultrasound and labs. She also said the pain is usually worse 5 days after retrieval. GEEZ 😬😬
Anybody else relate to these symptoms? I did stim for 12 days so I’m sure my ovaries are huge.

Yes I was so sick. I had 30 eggs and my doctor used 10,000u of hcg to trigger. And used cabergoline to prevent ohss. I slept by the toilet many nights. You need to drink as much as you can stand. And eat salt it helps move the fluids around! I had my retrieval January 18th and am waiting to do my first FET on the 20th. 💞💞

Pedilyte + coconut water over ice. Avoid Gatorade, actually doesn’t have enough electrolytes in it. 
I had 37 eggs retrieved and this saved me from OHSS. Heating pad also helpful, keeping as much activity as you can tolerate (walking, not running!)

I have been in a lot of pain. Today is the first day I’m starting to think it’s abating. I had my ER this past Friday. I hope that nurse that told someone it gets worse after day 5 was wrong. I go back to work tomorrow.

Mine was the worst when I first woke up. The heating pad and walking helped. It took about a week for it to go away completely.

I felt awful!!! Like excruciating pain in my abdomen. My husband called the doctors freaking out 🤣And I was throwing up and couldn’t eat anything. It was pretty bad but only lasted 3 days.

This was me a few days ago. It was the most uncomfortable feeling. I had water and liquid IV and made protein shakes, as well as boiled eggs.
