Hello ladies, so I’m in this predicament at work that’s completely stressing me out and I don’t know what to do about it!!

When I found out I was pregnant I told my boss right away because I knew the pregnancy was going to be harder than expected. And sure enough once I started having morning sickness it was the worst. I had it all day, I would throw up 3x a day around the clock. So I asked my boss to switch me over to part time because full time was becoming too difficult for me. I was decreased down to about 20 hours which was okay financially. I was dehydrated and not keeping anything down and severely dizzy. I went to the doctor shortly after and he told me he didn’t want me working until we could get me established with medication so I was able to keep things down. I was off work for 1 week. I came back to work only to find that my name was taken off all the schedules at work!! When I talked to my boss he told me “I don’t know where we need you or where to put you” so he had me work something else for the day. The next day was my day off and another co-worker had told me my boss switched my positions on me. When I returned to work on my next scheduled day my boss informed me that I was to do something else. No Biggy really since the work I was doing was strenuous, I didn’t complain. However, he dropped my hours AGAIN. To 9 hours a week!! I went from 40 hours, to 20, to 9. He said he didn’t really need me to work where he put me.

Now this week I had told a co-worker I was not able to come in (because that’s usually how we call in at a dealership we don’t usually talk to the boss unless that co-worker you’re working with doesn’t show up either) well apparently he didn’t tell either of the managers and my specific manger/boss called me and called me multiple times back to back until I picked up. He spammed my phone while I was at the doctor because I’ve been so sick with morning sickness still after 11 weeks in. My question to you is, is this normal for a boss to do; spam their employees phones when they don’t show up but called in? It’s not the first time he’s done it to me either. I feel harassed in a way and the way he switched my positions and didn’t even have me on a schedule after a week of being out with a doctors note. I don’t know what to do.
