I had a missed miscarriage in December 2018, now I’m 5 weeks pregnant and I go visit the loo and I see this..: I’m so scared.. no pain or cramping

Did it just feel like a gush? I had a subchorionic hemorrhage last year and the doctor said they're generally no harm to the baby. 
I ended up miscarrying but they said it was unrelated, because they see those in women who carry to term regularly.
