Breastfeeding After NICU
My baby will have a lengthy stay in NICU due to gastroschisis. I breast fed my first without any problems. I am so worried about baby not wanting or learning to breast feed after not having a bottle for weeks and not being able to try and breast feed for possibly months. Anyone have a positive experience breast feeding a NICU baby after a long period after birth not being able to feed at the breast?
