Nasty headaches and needing some relief. Is it ok for hubs to massage my neck and upper back ?!

I would get such bad headaches around the 1st/2nd trimester line - they ONLY went away when my husband was actively rubbing my neck. The man was a trooper and would do it constantly for me.
