Graco soothing glider system. It's  $180 It is a 3 in 1. A bassinet,  a swing and a jumper. It can be run on batteries has music and soothing sounds and the seat has a vibrator for comfort for baby.

We have the second one and oh my goodness my son loved it. Most babies prefer swings that go side to side so I think that’s your safest bet. My guy did not enjoy the Mamaroo.

I went with the fisher price swing but my guy isn't here yet.  Only problem was the leg was broken when we got it.  So I called fisher price and they sent us a new one.  I had to send back the broken piece but I got to keep the rest (score incase the motor goes or he pukes on the seat cause I have 2).
I was going to get the momma rue but it was too expensive and lots of the reviews said babies hate it.

My daughter loooooed her fisher price elephant swing. If she was crying even after being fed, changed, burped, held.. if I just placed her in it, without even turning it on, she would calm down. It was a life saver!

We had the 4moms mamaroo and the Graco DuetConnect swing.👌🏾 Our daughter loved both, but I have heard that some babies do not like the mamaroo. I guess it's a hit or miss.🤷🏾‍♀️ Both are great swings! My parents had a Fisher Price Cradle N Swing (I think) at their house and my in-laws had the Ingenuity InLighten Swing at their house. Those were great swings as well.

My sister Sao her baby gated the mama roo and loves the swing. A friend said her baby liked the mamma roo better. It's hard to say before you know what the baby likes.
