6 weeks pregnant, back ache & pain

So I just found out I am pregnant , it came as such a shock but now I have my head around the idea I’m going to be a mum I’m over the moon! The reason I took the test in the first place was because I had mild cramps in my lower back and stomach and they seemed to of gotten worser the pain will come and go and it isn’t unbareable but I can deffinatley feel that the pain is there but it is only on the right side , the left side is completely fine... I am just so scared now of anything happening to my baby , but what will be .. will be but I just wondered if anyone else had similar pains in early pregnancy and if it turned out to be nothing to stress about 💕
