Baby sleep questions

Hello all!

My little guy is 11 days old and night/ bed time is the worst time for us. We change into pjs and take a bath on bath days then Story time and rock in the glider and/or snuggle in bed, nurse and he falls asleep every time he nursed. The second I put in the bassinet next to our bed it’s crying until I pick him up. He will fall back asleep in my arms and again the second I put him down he wakes up. It goes on for about 2 hrs until he finally falls asleep. Any ideas of how we can make sleeping easier in the bassinet?
