TMI PHOTO WARNING!! Please read 8 weeks

Is this normal? I’m freaking out I had a chemical and complete miscarriage around 4-5 weeks each . This pregnancy I’m 8 and seen the fetus with the heartbeat etc so I thought everything was okay and now this? Idk what to think or do... it stopped now I’m just sitting here worrying
