So im 3 days from AF but i havent really had any cramping are anything all ive noticed was my breast have been some what sore...not really sore to the touch but kind of like a tingling feeling...well i started hurting on my right side and I thought for sure i had a kidney stone again...well dr sent me for a scan and come to find out its severe constpation. Now I had already assumed that i was a bit constipated because i had not really went to the restroom for at least 2 maybe 3 days so i started taking maralax to see if that would jump start it and this morning i decided to do something i used to do and drank a glass of coffee milk cause normally it does that to me so thats why i dont drink it....now the dr gave me something to put up my butt ( TMI ) But im really trying to start it with a few home remidies that way i dont have to really go the medication route.....Is there anything you girls have done that will possibly do the job.......They did a pregnancy test at the hospital but it came back negitive of course but i still have 3 days before AF is supposed to show......could there possibly be a chance of pregnancy with my breast feeling like this tingling sensation mainly in my left breast and i dont feel any AF cramping...Just back pain, my breast , constipation , headaches at weird times and so much gas lol.....like serious gas....I tried when i had egg white cervical mucus because i was out of ovulation test so i couldnt really confirm ovulation.... I just know after 2-3 days after the watery and egg white cervial mucus it became very creamy and stayed that way but the last 2 days ive been having these gushing spells....... In case you dont know what im talking about. Ive gotta wear a panty liner cause i jave these moments where it feels like a water faucet turned on real quick lol.....any advice would be helpful at this point......
