Pregnant after miscarriage

I’m a nervous wreck about my pregnancy, Im 4 weeks and Im terrified that I will miscarry again. I’m trying to be optimistic, but my past haunts me I know how easily a miscarriage can happen. I miscarried in May 2018 at 8 weeks due to no heartbeat. I’m 39 years old and will turn 40 in May.
Is there anybody with a similar story that has had a successful pregnancy after a miscarriage?
