Does anybody here suffer from emtophobia?

Been struggling for years from this and need some comfort that there is other people going thru it too

I do. It doesn’t consume my every though every day anymore, but it’s still there. A month or so ago, a lady came into my work saying she had the stomach flu and I wanted to cry, run away and yell at her all at the same time.

I do. Its sooooo bad sometimes. Consumes all my thoughts, restricts my physical connections with friends and family. And children especially which kills me the most.

I used to but I had CBT and it’s really helped. 
Now I do occasionally get panic but it’s much more manageable.

Does anybody here suffer from emtophobia?
