At what point are you planning to introduce your baby to baby food?

Whenever she’s ready. With my son he started at 6 months. With my first daughter I tried at 6 months and she wasn’t ready...she didn’t end up starting solids till about 8-9 months old.

My dr gave me the go ahead at 4 months for rice cereal😌 so we are going to see how that goes

Minimum 6 months, possibly later but won’t know until we get there.

We want to start out on cereals (if the doctor gives us the go ahead at his next appointment) and then make his baby food when he’s ready! Ideally though, when he can sit up by himself

Im going to wait till 1. I speak to her pediatrician about it and 2. I kinda want her to show some interest first. Right now she stares at me really hard when I’m eating. So she might be ready soon but I won’t start it until I ask her doctor.

Not until she can sit unsupported, as that is what the literature supports. Probably around 6 months but if she’s sitting up earlier we may start earlier
