Haakaa for breast feeding mommies
Just wanted to recommend using a haakaa which is kinda like manual pump but uses suction. I got 40ml just from let down that would’ve gone to waste! I breastfeed my baby on one side and use the haakaa on the other. They have different brands too but this is the one I have.
