Prenatal vitamins??

What brand of prenatal vitamins do you recommend? I’m only 19 (abt to be 20) and I’m currently 5 weeks along.

VitaFusion gummies were amazing and didn’t make me sick like the huge pill did. They don’t have iron so just run it by your doctor before taking them cause you may need to take an iron supplement as well. But not everyone needs that, I didn’t.

I’m 18 and 14 weeks pregnant, I use the “baby and me” folic pills and they work great! Best thing? It’s only one a day, so there’s no need for me to push 2 down. 
I’d recommend the gummies if your morning sickness is bad though, you may not be able to swallow pills without throwing up; I know some woman are like that. Hell, for 3 weeks (6-9) I couldn’t keep them down.

Pills with iron in them are better for you in my experience they make you feel lik you have more energy plus good for the baby

Take the pills the gummies don’t have iron in them and you need to have iron in your prenatals because of blood loss after labor

I took the first response gummies because I couldn’t stand the taste of the chalky pills they gave me 😂 but try to make sure you find some with folic acid
