What foods are Okay for my 4 month to eat? Can he drink water?

Honestly its better to just wait 2 more months and then they can eat everything except honey and obvious hazards such as nuts. At 6m they can also begin having sips of water, but no more than an oz a day

Talk with your pediatrician first before starting baby on solids. There are signs to check off before starting baby on solid food. If you dr signs off to start solids they’ll provide recommendations. Typically veggies first then fruit.

No water and the only food a doctor would reccomend is cereal mixed with breast milk or formula and gradually working to fruit or veggie cereal

No water but I’ve been giving my 5mo old single ingredient foods. So far squash, carrots and peas. She loves carrots, and peas didn’t sit well in her tummy.

Water is totally fine but in tiny bit quantity. Actually my pediatrician recommend it with a bit of sugar every time baby poo is to hard.

At 4 mo my son was eating the banana purees, we were trying a new 1 every 2 weeks, no water till 6 mo though. (-: talk to your doctor as well they will help! ❤️
