Would you take your baby with?

My friend is having her baby shower soon and at the time my son will be 8weeks but will not have had any of his vaccinations yet. Would you still bring your baby with? Or should he just stay home with dad? My friend does "selective vaccinations" for her older daughter so she isn't fully vaccinated...

Vaccinations or not, I wouldn’t bring my baby if my husband was home 🤷🏼‍♀️

Welllll it being flu season and all I would leave baby at home with dad. Honestly like another woman said, if dad was home... I’d leave baby regardless lol have a little solo time!!

Babies are much more resilient than we think. This board will have you a paranoid mess. She’ll be 2 months! Not like she’s a week old. Just has your gut and precautions.

My daughter will be 3 weeks old when we go to my friends shower.  I see nothing wrong with taking her. I’m not going to let anyone hold her except my friend. Taking your child out helps to develop their immune system.

I brought my baby to a shower at two weeks old! Nobody even tried to touch her... 🤷🏼

No please don’t! I was told by my dr not to let any child around or at least not touch my baby. Because we never know if that child is fully vaccinated!

He'd probably be fine, but I'd leave him home. I'd never forgive myself if something bad happened because of it.
