Postpartum depression

I love my baby with everything in me. I would do anything for her. But now I feel like I'm not taking care of myself, I feel like her dad doesn't want anything to do with me and would rather hangout with his friends. He doesn't know what to do with me . I don't know what to do with me. I've been crying, getting extremely angry over stupid things. I don't know what to do an I feel extremely lonely. Is anyone else going through what I am right now?
