Why does my baby wake up crying at every nap?! I know she’s waking up because she’s still tired but why does she wake up crying 1-2 times during every nap! I either have to rock her back to sleep or give her her binky. I know she’s got her rest when she wakes up and just is looking around. But it gets old her waking up during nap time. Does anyone else’s baby do this? Why do some babies do this? It’s very frustrating. I don’t feel her naps are even that good because of this. Can I do anything to help this?
