High or low

Just curious what you ladies think , do I look like I’m carrying high or low ? My baby stays low AS FUCK. Like I’m 28&2 and the highest movements are a few kicks around my belly button. At my ultrasound Monday they said she’s head down and her body was laid to the side towards my waist/ hips.

My belly to me doesn’t seem like it looks super low but oh my god the pain and pressure is insane.

I have SPD and now as I’m getting bigger and she’s growing my lower back is hurting so much. I feel like I’m constantly like bending backwards kind of which is straining my back. I wish she would come out of my pelvis. It makes my spd so much worse for her to be pressing down constantly 😭
