Mamas with more than 1 baby

I'm 10wks and 5days and about 2 days ago I had a discharge that looked like the mucus plug. I haven't had any bleeding or anything else since but I'm nervous. With my second pregnancy around 13wks I started having some spotting and contractions. They monitored me often because they did change my cervix slightly. I had this issue throughout my pregnancy and every time I'd get checked I'd have some small changes but not enough to say I was in preterm labor. They just said it was threatened preterm labor. I ended up carrying him to term though (39+6). This pregnancy my Dr has me as high risk and is seeing me every 3wks instead of every 4wks. Anyways I'm really nervous now. I see my Dr Monday. Sorry I'm kind of rambling. My question is has anyone had their bloody show this early? What happened?
