Random brushing on one breast?

How it started

Now:

I am having some random bruising on my left breast. It started as a red spot with little dots in it and how it's spreading as a yellow bruise. Also, it feels very heavy with sharp pains that also seem to be spreading from my breast to under it and now into my shoulders. Maybe it's unrelated to breastfeeding but I wanted to reach out and see if any of you ladies had similar experiences around 8 months?
