drop in supply
so i got sick, and pumping/breastfeeding felt like actual razor blades. i had a fever of 103.7 and i was just so achy so i didn’t pump or anything for 3 whole days. i wore a tight bra and rode it out.
i’m pumping about 1 ounce now. i didn’t know it would dry up my milk. it was just so painful. what do i do now?
