Yeast infection or something else?😬

So I’m 35 weeks pregnant, I have an appointment tomorrow and plan on asking my doctor about this then but just wanted to see if you guys had any info first. I’m having a ton of bright yellow discharge, it smells kinda funky, almost like sour? I don’t have any itching or burning with it but just a ton of it comes out constantly, it’s kinda creamy. Does this sound like a yeast infection to you?
