Symptoms on and off?

Anyone else's symptoms fluctuating?  I'm 7 weeks and have had a little nausea, fatigue but the one constant was very tender breasts.  Today they feel totally normal and its freaking me out.  I miscarried at 7 weeks earlier this year.

Actually this morning I didn't feel sick at all. I was thinking oh yay it's going to be a good day today then right about lunch time I look at my lunch and get totally nauseated😨😨😨😨 I'll be 7 weeks tomorrow

I'm 9w5d and my boob soreness definitely started to lessen around week 7. To the point now where they barely hurt any more. But it kind of comes and goes day to day. I would try not to worry too much!!

I'm at 7 weeks as well and am experiencing the same thing. My constant symptom has been sore boobs, like ridiculously. Today they feel fine. Up until this past Friday I could not eat enough, then the nausea started. The past couple days it's been a struggle to keep anything down (the extreme heat and pollen count aren't helping at all). My first appointment isn't until 9/14, and that's still only with my pcp. I can't wait to get to the obgyn and know everything is okay. This is my first and I'm feeling very anxious about everything.
