Staying active
So I use to play softball in high school and was in really good shape because of practicing all the time and running around. Since I’ve left I’ve noticed myself getting out of shape and just gaining rapid weight. I’ve tried just going to the gym but it doesn’t really do much for me, plus it doesn’t excite me so I have no motivation to go. I wanna get back into something that’s fun and keeps me active but nothing comes to mind. I’ve thought about joining Rec teams but can’t find any near me.
Can anyone recommend something that you do that’s fun and engaging ???
