Complications

So according to my app, I am 7 weeks tomorrow . I start having very sharp pains, more than just light pink spotting. So I went to the ER. They did bloodwork, urine test, and an ultrasound. They didn’t find the heartbeat, but he said it was because I was only 5 weeks. Also said I have a subchorionic bleed... says it’s normal, usually resolved itself. But if I’m still spotting or bleeding in a week or so, to go get checked up and see if my hcg levels are still rising. I can’t help but feel discouraged knowing there was no heartbeat. I know it’s early, this is my first pregnancy so my anxiety sky high! Am I the only one that’s had this type of spotting or problem before?
