Symptoms getting worse?

I know I’m early 4w3d but I feel like the little waves of nausea have turned into sucker punches and the bit of heart burn has turned into my whole body radiating. 
Is anyone dealing with worse symptoms as days pass?

When I was a little over 4 weeks I just had some slight nausea. Now I’m almost 6 weeks and it’s starting to hit me hard lol. It’s pretty much all day. I haven’t thrown up much but I have been gagging over certain smells. I woke up in the middle of the night last night and felt like I was gonna throw up.

I just have sore boobs at this stage!

Im feel nauseous every now and them and i keep on hacking to where i gag a little

Completely normal! My first pregnancy I had light nausea until week 7 it hit me like a train I constantly felt sick but never actually got sick! Super weird. But definitely normal!

I only was constipated with cramps before i had found out that i was preggo yesterday but no symptoms for me as yet i know it's slowly approaching
