Early pregnancy symptoms??

I know they say an early pregnancy symptom could be lower back pain but for the past like 3 days my whole back hurts like I have worked out to hard. I haven’t done anything out of the ordinary and also both my hips hurt and idk why. Any thoughts?

I would say it's to soon to really be having alot of symptoms. I started getting symptoms when I was about 3 weeks pregnant. I had no clue till then, but the symptoms I did have was incredibly sore nipples, very sensitive sense of smell (certain things started making me nauseous) and I could be pretty emotional. And by emotional I mean I cried in the middle of Walmart because I wanted to go to a different check out lane than my husband 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️ but even then everyone and every pregnancy is different.
